Due to the hygienic nature of nail products, all sales are final. Lush Lacquer does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on press-on nails, nail care kits, or custom orders. Each set is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping to ensure quality and cleanliness. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Lush Lacquer is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that may occur during transit once the package has been handed over to Canada Post. Tracking information will be provided when available, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details are entered at checkout.
